The trade of counterfeit products

The trade of counterfeit products is one of the most relevant criminal phenomena faced by companies and, in particular, by those investing in creativity, innovation and research.

 

For this reason an Anti-Counterfeiting service is available on 15th and 16th September 2023 with the aim to allow a prompt protection of the rights of Exhibitors in Intellectual Property matters.

 

The Anti-Counterfeiting Service,  regulated by the regulation published by INDICAM and active only during  the Fair, offers the opportunity to Exhibitors holding trademark / patent / design registrations or pending registrations, valid in Italy, to quickly acquire evidence of the alleged infringement and ask for the removal of the infringing products from the display areas.

 

At the Anti-Counterfeiting Service office it is also possible to obtain information on all the issues concerning the protection of Industrial Property.
