Buyer recommendation

Dear Exhibitor,

 

Please fill in the following form with your company info.

 

1) You guarantee that the personal data concerning the Buyers you upload into the system have been acquired by yourself and processed in full compliance with the provisions of GDPR (European general data protection regulation 679/2016) and, specifically, in compliance with the obligation to provide a privacy notice to the relevant data subjects and to obtain and duly document their consent to the communication of such data to Fiera Milano S.p.A. (hereinafter also “FM”) and to their processing by FM for the purpose of sending commercial emails concerning their events and promoting their services.

 

2) You agree to hold harmless and to indemnify FM from and against any complaint, action or claim made against it by the Data subjects and/or any other party and/or Authority as a result of any non-compliance with the provisions of GDPR and of the obligations referred to in point 1) above, which is exclusively ascribable to you.
