ELLE Talk: S/S 2024 jewellery and fashion accessories trends

Monday 19 February 2024

h 10.30 am |  FASHION HUB Pad.10

ELLE Italia's Fashion Digital Editor, Giulia Pacella, will illustrate the Spring/Summer 2024 trends for jewellery and fashion accessories with a special Masterclass during the February 2024 edition.

During the talk, the seasonal must-haves spotted on the international catwalks will be illustrated with a focus on bags, jewellery, hats, scarves and foulards: a careful analysis of how these are interpreted by the street style of the main European cities and by the it girls most followed on Instagram in every corner of the globe.

This will be followed by a focus entirely dedicated to the digital world, in order to understand how to effectively communicate trends and one's own Collections on social media: hints and ideas will come directly from ELLE Italia's digital magazine.

The event will conclude with a special workshop curated by ELLE Italia Fashion Editor Lisa Mancini who, with the help of two models, will show how to match the season's jewellery and fashion accessories with a selection of brands from the fair.

Fashion editor Elle Italia

Expert Fashion and Web Editor with a proven history in the editorial sector. She began her career as fashion assistant at Amica and then moved on to the weekly Anna. In 2002 she joined the Cosmopolitan editorial staff with the role of Fashion Editor and then joined the fashion team of Elle Italia in 2021. She is passionate about fashion, her job allows her to work closely with photographers, maintain strong relationships with PR agencies, designer showrooms and write on digital platforms about fashion and trends.

Giulia Pacella

Curious, empathetic, passionate about travel, fashion, stories and lifestyle, she dreamt of writing, being a journalist and travelling the world ever since she was a child, when she watched the Japanese anime Hello Sandybell and imagined one day becoming like the protagonist who used to hunt for news around Europe in a camper van. When she grew up, she realised her dream. Only partially, though! She became a journalist, but still doesn't have a camper van. Today she is fashion editor of Elle Italia digital, for which she has been working since the beginning of 2009, when the magazine had launched its website a few months earlier. Since then, she has been part of all the editorial evolutions and growth of Elle.it, taking care of the fashion section and introducing - season after season, year after year, social after social - new columns and editorial formats that over time have been able to create - also on digital - that identity and that special mix of aspirational fashion and service fashion for which Elle has always been recognised and loved.
